![]() ![]() I thought I had dealt with this dilemma about 10 months ago shortly after I bought my P900. If anyone is interested in making this either post here or send me a PM and I will explain a slight modification I made to this procedure to make for a more stable (snap-on type) fit. ![]() IT WORKS GREAT and provides a good fit around my eye socket and give me a more stable hold. If you have a Hoodman Loupe give it a try. is that some creative folks out there can find a better way to secure it. If you pull on it.it will come off.but it won't fall off accidently I don't think. a DIT Eyecup.now to see if it lasts and works as I hope. I did the same technique on the bottom.and there it is. so I put a narrow piece of Velcro (fuzzy side) on the top of the P900 eyepiece to keep light from coming in the rounded top part of the cup and to provide something for the cup to "slide over" and "catch to make it a bit more stable. It did fit but was a bit wobbly and round vs square. Just popped it off and slid it on to the EVF cover to see if it fit. I used the rubber eyecup from my Hoodman loupe. ![]() Here are 2 pictures at 2 different angles of what I came up with. I could not find an eye cup anywhere for my P900 and began trying things. ![]()
